Samsung Galaxy S4 to Have 'Unbreakable' AMOLED Screen?

Samsung is in a position to launch smartphones with flexible display in these year (2013),such as the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy note 3. The fight is between tech vendors to produce the first bendy phone. According to the BBC, a flexible screen could well be the headline feature of the Galaxy S4 And Galaxy note 3
    

Samsung screen will be; foldable, rollable, wearable and more flexible than conventional LCD technology. The firm belive that the technology will be very popular among consumers worldwide. The Galaxy S4 will be Samsung's flagship smartphone and is rumored to feature a 5in Full HD display. Quad-core Cortex-A15 processor and a !3MP camera
 
sanford bernstein analyst Mark Newman, mean while, predicts that either the Galaxy S4 Or Galaxy S5 will be feature bendable or foldable display by 2014. Eventually, they'll have unbreakble  display. Either the Galaxy S4 or Galaxy S5 will have unbreakable and even possible flexible and foldable display by 2014. That's going to be a game-changer, he said.

The samsung Galaxy S4 rumored to be code name project J, Samsung favours OLED (organic light emitting diode) technology,but another contender is called graphene. This alternative is a sheet of carbon which is one atom thick yet stronger than dimond. researchers belive it may replace silicon.
